The Solution - Energy Agent ™ is a wireless system that allows owners to reduce energy waste any time sliding glass doors and windows are left open for prolonged periods of time. Here is how it works:
Whenever doors or windows with Energy Agent ™ sensors attached are opened a timer is started. Once that timer expires, the cooling or heating is stopped but the fan continues to run for circulation.

Each Energy Agent ™ device is designed to be hidden away, out of sight – and comes with a small unobtrusive LED indicator that lets you know the status of all sensors and whether doors or windows are open or closed. One device is need for each thermostat if the system has multiple HVAC zones.
